Submit an Original Character Tournament:

Make a premise and world.

Decide on what you want the format to be, the size, and a rubric for scoring entries.

Get judges and make a discord/other place where you can host the event. Oftentimes the judges add their own characters and ideas to the OCT's world.

Advertising the tournament and seeing how many people show up. You can adjust the size if you want.

Set a deadline and open auditions!
